Form 1 - Basics and Basic Flow
Dive deep into fundamentals to develop greater body awareness, get accustomed to the name, shape, and purpose of the most commonly practiced yoga poses, and ensure you have a solid understanding of posture, anatomy, and alignment. Our teachers will introduce you to the tenets of yoga philosophy, powerful breathing practices, and safe bio-mechanics to help you live a happier and healthier lifestyle. And don’t be fooled by the word ‘basic’, regardless of your experience expect to be challenged.
Flow 1/2 - Mixed Level
Accessible to all levels, a mixed level flow will introduce more pace into your yoga practice as you learn to link postures with breath and move with grace, strength, and fluidity. We encourage newcomers to visit our basics classes because teachers will expect students to have some knowledge of pose names and alignment best practices. Classes will vary in style based on the teacher so be sure to check out all of our wonderful teaching staff and the collective wealth of education they have to offer!
Flow 2/3 - Intermediate Vinyasa
For the seasoned practitioner, our intermediate classes will challenge your edge as you move through strong, creative sequences and harness the building blocks you've learned to understand and execute advanced poses and playful transitions. Beyond every pose there is a journey of growth and numerous lessons, and you'll come to find the ability to perform these complex shapes is much less important than the internal teachings they impart.
Deep Stretch - All Levels
This quiet, meditative class focuses on longer holds in mainly passive poses which are designed to increase flexibility, promote blood flow, and help mitigate injury. No matter your lifestyle, this is the perfect class to add to your health and self-care routine.
Restorative - All Levels
Surrender into your support as you learn various ways to use props for long, relaxed holds in restorative yoga postures. Excellent for promoting a calm and clear mind, softening tight or sore tissues, relieving joint pain, and winding down your Sunday so you can bring your best to the upcoming week.

Adaptive Yoga - All Levels
Adaptive yoga classes are for individuals living with mobility disabilities such as partial or total paralysis, amputation, spinal cord injury, severe arthritis, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, spina bifida and cerebral palsy. Adaptive class participants must be able to follow simple instruction; this class would not be appropriate for people with intellectual disability. We welcome students who do and do not use a wheelchair. The class is led by Jo Mary, a teacher with 20 years of experience and special training in Adaptive Yoga. Her group of assistants will offer individual assistance as you discover your own yoga practice. Caregivers are welcome to attend and participate in the same way that assistants do at no cost. Students and participating caregivers will be asked to complete a student registration/waiver form. Here are some practical benefits from practicing yoga: • Increased strength, balance and flexibility – both mental and physical • Rhythm, an inward sense of direction and the ability to move through life in a more integrated way • The capacity to live more fully within the body • An enhanced ability to manage stress • A deepened sense of connection with others • Hope and a renewed sense of freedom
