Heart-Core Yoga I ,  10 am-noon
This rigorous class will not only focus on core strength and healthy physical alignment, but will also

invoke the question of our “life alignment.” An aligned body is healthy – an aligned heart and mind is

even healthier.  This specially sequenced asana practice is designed to awaken the strength and healing

power of the heart.  Session includes a short talk followed by a vigorous vinyasa flow, Tapas, (focused

acts of intention and will), breath-work, and unifying meditation.

Breathing, Chanting, Meditation,  1:30-3:30pm

Many ancient languages use the same word for breath and spirit. Breath penetrates, breath invigorates,

and breath heals. How does the way you breathe affect your stress level, mental clarity, and even your

relationships?  In this special workshop we will integrate breathing exercises, simple chanting, and

gentle movement.  The affect of these done in sequence can lead to profound release and emotional clarity.
