The Yoga Gallery is named "gallery" for a few reasons!  There are a gallery of yoga styles to choose from at our studio.  We believe you will find our  wide variety of options helpful on your journey of exploring yoga!

The first Yoga Gallery location from 1999 - 2002 was located in the Crossroads art gallery district. We hosted art shows featuring local artists during the First Fridays.  When we moved to Mission, KS we were interested in keeping this feature of the studio. 

Every month or two, our art wall changes.  The art featured at the Yoga Gallery is by local or regional artists, and sometimes budding artists are featured from within our yoga community! 

The permanent art displayed inside the studio includes  several beautiful body casts by local artist Larry Kirkwood, and an amazing quilt by Marg Higgins (she alternates choices a few times a year) .  These are for sale as well as the rotating artwork on the walls.

However, we are NOT a standard gallery.  It is our choice not to take commissions from the sale of the artwork.  We enjoy the opportunity to feature art work from local talent in the community, and adorn our space with this type of  free exchange.

If you have an interest in showing your work on the walls of the Yoga Gallery, please contact Patricia Gray from this website, yogallery@aol.com.  Plan on at least a 6-8 month time in advance.  The art is often exposed to over 300 students passing through the studio each week.
