Max Strom is known for inspiring and impacting the lives of his students and has become one of the most respected teachers of personal transformation and yoga worldwide, guiding his students to grow into happier, healthier, and empowered human beings. A Live Worth Breathing by Max Strom


Join us Friday, July 23rd for a public book signing event with teacher and author Max Strom. From 5 to 5:45 p.m. Max will sign copies of his book. We have books available for sale at the studio. If you already have a copy, feel free to bring it in and meet Max! Hope you can make it.

Candlelight Yoga

Free Yoga Class - Donations accepted

All proceeds donated to charity 


Join us on the first Sunday of each month for an opportunity to take your practice off the mat and into the world.


This class is free, donations gratefully accepted for charity ... give whatever you like or nothing. Your practice can be your gift!


This class will be appropriate for all levels. Come together with our yoga community and send our good intentions and positive energy (and maybe some $) out into the world!


Everyone is welcome! Bring a friend. No registration required.
