Just a quick reminder that the entry to the Yoga Gallery studio is in the back on Overland Park Drive, which runs by the parking lot where they hold the Farmer’s Market in season. Look for the red door and the large sign pointing to the entrance.

Auto Renewal Program
For the “one month unlimited” class fee, if you are paying by credit or debit card, you can now sign up for our automatic renewal program at a cost of $108 per month (a $17 monthly discount).
You must initially commit to the program for three (3) months. Your card will be automatically charged the first business day of each month. Your initial month will be prorated if it is not on the first day of the month. You may cancel at any time after your initial commitment period expires by giving the Yoga Gallery, LLC 14 days written notice.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
YOGA BASICS These classes focus on the basic postures with attention to learning alignment, breath techniques, and other essentials to develop your practice. All students will find this class useful to their practice. Especially good for beginning students. (All levels)
BASIC FLOW A gentle, flowing practice linking breath and movement, incorporating the basic yoga postures. Appropriate for all students, including beginners. (All levels)
HATHA FLOW A flowing practice borrowing from several yoga traditions. Includes some more challenging postures and transitions with modification options. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required. (Level 1/3)
VINYASA A challenging flow class incorporating strength, balance, and endurance. Creative and varied, each class will offer basic through advanced postures, linking breath and movement. Yoga experience recommended. (Level 2/3)
RESTORATIVE YOGA A gentle, healing practice. Includes a soft sequence of yoga poses designed to reduce stress and gently open the body. Complements more rigorous practices. Great for all levels; appropriate for beginners. (All levels)
HOT YOGA Set in a very warm room of around 90 degrees, the class follows the 26 postures similar to the tradition as presented by Bikram Choudhury. (All levels)
DEEP STRETCH This class will focus on the large muscle groups that commonly hold stress – hips, shoulders, and low back, and will increase flexibility and blood flow to help reduce stress and repair or prevent injury. Stretches will be held to promote the progressive release of connective tissue. Perfect for all levels – beginners to advanced. (All levels)
